  I lived in several home properties apartment communities for long time. Moved to this one last year. I cannot say anything bad about it! If there is any kind of problem it gets resolved. Management and maintenance team really doin a great job! I like this place. Definitely staying for another year.

  That Courteney chick also posted the same review on Yelp which was removed by the website because she must either work for them or is friends with management of Southern Meadows. No one, and I mean NO ONE, smiles at you when you walk or drive by. There are a lot of seedy characters who roam around there. If you are seriously considering renting there spend several hours just walking around or sitting in your car and watch the people. You'll see a lot of crazy stuff. Cars that sit in the parking lot which have been abandoned; you can tell because there are three flat tires on the cars and they never move. Is that crazy lady on Terrace who sweeps her lawn still living there? What about that strange woman who just walks back and forth in the complex all day, every day, no matter the weather or temperature? At least we get a light show every night in different building's parking lots from the cops visiting all the time. Drug deals, domestic abuse, etc. I feel terrible for the people that have no choice because they want their kids to go to a great district, which Bayport/Blue Point is a wonderful district. That's the only thing this complex has going for it. However, with the amount of good districts available within 10 miles of this one, where you can rent a nice place for just about the same money and no worry about the crackheads roaming in your parking lot, there's no need to subject yourself or your family to this mess of a complex.
